Bayutmap provides in-house cleaning and maintenance services to ensure properties are perfect for guests.
Our in-house Maintenance Team ensures that properties are ready for guests by reacting to all issues and doing routine inspections. A/C repairs, water heater replacements, painting touch-ups, light bulb replacements, leak repairs, and other regular maintenance issues are all common.
We provide and refill all Guest Amenities (with each check-in), including towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, water, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, and more.
We offer General and Deep Cleanings of properties with the assistance of our highly qualified Cleaning Team. If guests require additional cleaning services, the team will supply them.
The guest always pays for the cleaning. Maintenance is part of the overall upkeep of the property and is paid for by the owner. The only exception is if guests or Bayutmap staff members create damage that requires maintenance.
If any member of the Bayutmap staff accidentally breaks something during cleaning, this will be fixed or replaced at no charge to the owner.
We aim to solve all maintenance issues within a few hours. Any major issues can take a bit longer while we wait for parts, though we aim to fix everything within 24 hours.
Generally no. This is due to the fact that it becomes very difficult to organize third party maintenance on an urgent basis for guests. Delays cause unhappy guests and refunds, and having our own teams ensures we can control the timings
Basic cleaning supplies, such as a vacuum and a mop, must be provided at the property during onboarding. However, the Bayutmap cleaning team provides cleaning products on a continuous basis.
